Terms of Service

By accessing or using GovLadder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GovLadder is software that acts as a government contracting agent for your business. It identifies certification and registration programs you are likely eligible for, prepares applications and registrations for your review, watches renewals, triages contract opportunities, and drafts proposals.

The agent prepares; you decide. It does not submit forms, sign or attest to anything, set a price, or pay a fee on your behalf. Every submission, signature, attestation, price, and payment is made by you. GovLadder does not provide legal advice, does not guarantee certification approval or contract award, and is not a government agency.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your business to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including work started by team members you invite. Notify us immediately at support@govladder.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

GovLadder offers paid Pro and Growth subscriptions. Pro is currently priced at $49/month or $499/year, and Growth at $149/month or $1499/year. Some agent work beyond a plan's monthly allotment is billed as an overage at the rate shown in the app before you approve it. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize GovLadder to charge your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled case by case; contact support@govladder.com within 14 days of purchase.

GovLadder charges for the software only. Registration in SAM.gov is free, and GovLadder never charges for it or for any government registration or filing fee.

On team plans, members share the owner's subscription and every agent run a member starts is billed to the owner.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the Service
• Share your account credentials with people outside your team
• Submit false or misleading business information, including statements about size, ownership, or eligibility
• Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls

GovLadder matches programs and prepares work based on the information you provide and our program database. We work to keep it accurate but do not warrant its completeness or timeliness. Eligibility shown in the Service is an assessment, not a determination. Always verify requirements with the relevant agency before applying, and review every document your agent prepares before you submit it.

Your agent uses artificial intelligence to prepare explanations, application answers, capture packs, and proposal drafts. That content is for your review and does not constitute legal or professional advice. You are responsible for everything you submit, sign, or attest to, including statements made under the False Claims Act. Pricing in any bid is set by you.

All software and materials provided by GovLadder are owned by GovLadder or its licensors. Documents your agent prepares from your information are yours to use. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the Service itself without written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. GOVLADDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION OR DOCUMENT PROVIDED WILL RESULT IN CERTIFICATION APPROVAL OR CONTRACT AWARD.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOVLADDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription from Settings or by contacting support@govladder.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
